not-so-hot songs of my supposed glory days [Aug. 20th, 2005|09:19 am]
Rick Bradford
via semibold

Go to MusicOutfitters.com
In the Search box, enter the year you graduated high school.
The first item returned should be the 100 songs from that year. Cut and paste them into your journal.

Bold the ones you like.
Underline your favorite.
STRIKE through the songs you loathe.

The ones I've bolded are mostly just songs I can still stand to listen to.

Here's the list for 1987.Collapse )</span>

"You're a hot dog
But you'd better not try to hurt her,
Frank Furter"

This is what was playing in my head when I woke up and I can't seem to shake it.

Question o' the Day [Aug. 14th, 2005|11:28 am]

Question: What resolution is your monitor set at?

I'm working on modifying the Poopsheet site a bit and am trying to determine if I can get away with widening the front page.

eBay auctions [Aug. 11th, 2005|04:34 pm]

Getting rid of a few things on eBay in an effort to pay rent next month!

New Mutants graphic novel (autographed by Claremont):

First three issues of Frank Frazetta Fantasy Illustrated with Corben, Linsner, Mack, Pini, Horley, Vess, more:

Lot of Star Wars magazines and zines:

These are items from my collection but a friend is actually running these auctions.

I do have one running myself though, but it ends in a couple of hours. It's a big lot of mainstream-y mini-comics:

I'll have another lot or two up soon as well.

No more Vice City for me, dang it. [Aug. 9th, 2005|06:36 pm]
Rick Bradford
Man, my Grand Theft Auto: Vice City disc has apparently gone belly up. It's an honest-to-goodness storebought copy too! I'd put in a ton of hours playing it but I probably wasn't even halfway through the game itself. I'd like to get San Andreas but I really wanted to finish Vice City first...

I put the disc in and it just won't load the game. I have to reboot before it'll even quit trying.
